Yes that's the one I have been using since last year.  maybe it can be
pushed up to sourceforge so people are getting the newest stuff when they
download from there.  There was some problem I hit in 1.6.0 that 1.6.1
fixed but I don't remember what.

Hi,

I must have forgotten to upload it to Sourceforge since the project has moved to github.
I will check if there either is a way to have a note on the download page which points to github or
otherwise upload the current version.
